Mark your calendar and get your flu shot! I, like Brent Simmons, avoided the flu shot in my twenties. Now, as a father (of a 2 year old) and with all 4 of my grandparents (very fortunate), the flu shot is as much (if not more) to help protect them from getting sick as it is me.
